How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
- We ship from multiple warehouses located in states like California, New Jersey, Texas, and countries like China. Shipping time depends on your location. Our standard shipping timeframe within the United States is typically 7 to 15 business days, followed by 2 to 4 business days for the sorting facility to fully process the package. For orders outside the United States, the timeframe is 10 to 20 business days, followed by 2 to 4 business days for the sorting facility to fully process your package.
- However, delivery may take up to 6 weeks depending on your location and how long it takes to clear customs.
- For special and promotional items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery as they may be MADE TO ORDER.
- We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our products are manufactured in our factories located in Asia, specifically in China and Hong Kong.
