1. Program description

DAVION STORE offers a recurring SMS/text message marketing program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional marketing text messages from DAVION STORE at the mobile number you provided.

2. Consent is optional

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may purchase from us without joining the Program.

3. How to join

Our only SMS opt-in point is the checkout. You may opt in by checking the SMS marketing consent box during checkout and submitting your mobile phone number. The consent box is never pre-checked; you must actively select it. We do not collect phone numbers for marketing anywhere else on this website.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

5. Cost

We do not charge for the Program, but message and data rates may apply and are your responsibility under your agreement with your wireless carrier.

6. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

8. Supported carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you submit.

10. Privacy

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider and the mobile carriers, strictly to transmit the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy.
