2. Use of Tracking Technologies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Similar Tools)

Our Site uses third-party technologies such as Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, and similar analytics/marketing tools.

Information collected may include visited URLs, products viewed, actions taken in the shopping cart, IP address, browser type, and device.

These advertising and analytics technologies do not receive your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are expressly excluded from any data sharing with advertising partners, affiliates, or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not collect or share sensitive information such as medical data, confidential financial details, or private communications.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. SMS/Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you choose to join our SMS marketing program, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your express written consent. We use this information solely to send you recurring promotional text messages from DAVION STORE.

  • Consent is always optional and is never a condition of purchase. Our only SMS opt-in point is the checkout, where you must actively check an unchecked consent box to subscribe.
  • We never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Omnisend) and the mobile carriers strictly for the purpose of transmitting the messages you requested.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Mobile phone numbers of subscribers who opt out are retained only to honor the opt-out request.

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly send text messages to individuals under 18.
